"I signed up with Coach Barb for the Get Going, mini 6-week program. I wasn’t sure about a longer commitment, and I wanted to see if having a Health Coach would work for me. I also knew I wanted to get a good foundation started for my future health goals along with dealing with some work issues. I found Barb to be a good listener, encourager, and motivator. Along with daily goals to help me see my progress, she also suggested I start a gratitude journal. That helped me examine myself more and see positivity even when things weren't going how I wanted them to go.

I renewed my program because I realized how beneficial my work with Coach Barb had been. Having to report to someone else weekly instead of myself helped me stay on track, and I also wanted that accountability to not to back slide into old habits.
